  • Overview

    POSITION SUMMARY:  Under general supervision, provides administrative support to the HR Department; assist in the maintenance of personnel files and assist the recruiting team in candidate sourcing and interview scheduling.




    • Initiate background checks with FRASCO for potential candidates.
    • Administer profile assessment test to potential candidates.
    • Assist in candidate sourcing
    • Handle temp to hire conversions from external agencies
    • Handle transfer requests and candidate referrals
    • Coordinate interview scheduling of candidates with the corporate recruiters
    • Create and maintain new employee personnel files.
    • Assign Training in Paycom
    • Load employees to Evaluations in Paycom
    • Update Protected Leaves spreadsheet on a weekly basis.
    • Assist in Benefit Vendor Payments
    • Monitor HR Forms Inbox, faxes and mail and distribute to the correct people.
    • Perform clerical duties including copying, filing, and distributing mail and faxes.
    • Other duties as assigned.






    High school diploma required, some college preferred. 

    Minimum of 1 year experience in an office environment required, 1-2 years’ experience in an HR environment preferred. 


    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Ability to multi-task and to meet established deadlines.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external customers of the organization.
    • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
    • Ability to work in a team oriented environment.
    • Knowledge of Paycom preferred but we can train.
