POSITION SUMMARY: Supervises overall development of the total integrated absence management, claim personnel, and client satisfaction for all TRISTAR Absence and Claims Operations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position may perform some or all of the duties listed below:
Education/Experience: College Degree Preferred. Minimum of 3 years of responsible leadership experience or supervisory position. 5+ year knowledge and background in state and federal laws that govern disability issues/protected leaves such as Federal Family Medical Leave, California Family Rights Act and Pregnancy Disability Leave, Fair Employment and Housing Act. In addition this employee should be knowledgeable of California Voluntary Disability Plans, ERISA STD Plans.
